⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely top-tier work from 718 Auto Sport. They installed both a front and rear dash cam with a clean hardwire, applied ceramic tints, and installed my tail lights—and the workmanship was flawless. The install was extremely clean, done fast, and priced very fairly. You can tell they take pride in what they do. No loose wiring, no shortcuts, everything looks factory. Professional, efficient, and honest from start to finish. This will definitely be my go-to spot for all auto lighting and vehicle security needs. Highly recommended.

View on GoogleMo and the guys at 718AutoSport have done ceramic tints and wraps on my VW. The two times I have been here, the work has been absolutely flawless! Mo has fantastic attention to detail, and ill definitely be coming back to have more work done on my car in the near future.
View on GoogleMy experience with 718AutoSport on October 22nd was nothing short of a nightmare. I’ve taken my time to write this review because I wanted to carefully document what happened, but now it’s time to warn others about this shop’s unprofessionalism, incompetence, and outright disregard for their customers. I first visited 718AutoSport for window tinting based on a friend’s recommendation. Even this initial visit was questionable—every time I called, I received a different price quote. Eventually, after negotiating with “Mo,” I got a small discount of $10, but the tinting job was average at best. A few weeks later, I had my front tints done at “Dragon Master Auto Sound & Security,” where the quality and pricing were far better. That alone should’ve been a sign for me to steer clear of this shop, but unfortunately, I gave them another chance. On October 22nd, I came back to have a hardwired dash cam installed, which cost me $190 plus a $10 tip. After driving home, I realized the dash cam wouldn’t stop beeping and kept rebooting. Thinking it might be my fault, I followed up with Viofo, the dash cam manufacturer, and bought a recommended SD card for $50. This solved the beeping issue but not the rebooting. When I returned to the shop two weeks later, their “specialist” (in a red shirt and a limp walk) spent his time googling the problem while I stood there. It was shocking to watch someone, who was supposedly a professional, rely on forums for answers. He then claimed the dash cam was damaged because I used the wrong SD card saying dash cameras were not meant for anything more than 64 PB or they will fry out, even going as far as mispronouncing “gigabytes” as “PBs.” It was clear he didn’t know what he was doing. Things went from bad to worse. While still at the shop, my car suddenly stopped working entirely—dashboard errors appeared, and the car wouldn’t move forward or backward. My perfectly functioning car had been rendered undrivable. Over the next three hours, I watched the “specialist” slam tools under the hood, drill into unknown areas, and sit in my driver’s seat scrolling through his phone. At one point, he casually shrugged and said, “It’s busted.” That nonchalant response and his dismissive attitude were infuriating. “Mo” eventually came over and tried to shift the blame to Honda, claiming my hybrid CR-V had “known issues” where it would stop running. This was a blatant lie. At his suggestion, I left the car overnight and arranged for a tow truck to take it to Honda the next day. Mo promised me a refund and a replacement dash cam once the car was fixed. When Edward at Bay Ridge Honda inspected my car, amazing guy by the way, they discovered that multiple fuses were missing and the battery was completely dead. This confirmed that the shop’s mishandling caused the problem. I immediately reached out to Mo but he stopped responding. He never issued the promised refund, never replaced the dash cam, and took no responsibility for the damage. Thankfully, my bank stepped in, and I was able to recover my $200 through a chargeback on November 10th. This entire ordeal cost me time, money, and peace of mind. I spent hours at the shop after work, dealing with their incompetence, only to have my car returned in worse condition than when I brought it in. Watching them blame everything and everyone but themselves was beyond frustrating. For a shop that claims expertise, they lack even the most basic professionalism. Final Note: If you’re considering 718AutoSport, I urge you to look elsewhere. The glowing five-star reviews do not reflect the reality of this place. The shop is unreliable, dismissive, and incapable of delivering quality service. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Your car deserves better, and so do you.

Everything was done professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The install was extremely clean—no loose wiring and no shortcuts—and the pricing was very fair. You can tell they take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back to 718 Auto Sport for future vehicle lighting and security needs. Highly recommend them.
