One day my Mazda suddenly developed multiple problems — the power would shut off as I started it, I needed jumps constantly, and it was just unreliable. I couldn’t get an appointment at the Mazda dealership for over a month and a half, so I had to find another solution. I know Mazdas can be tricky cars to work on, so I was cautious. I spoke to the mechanic’s daughter, and she reassured me that her father was experienced with Mazdas. I brought my car in, and they diagnosed it as needing a new alternator. After they replaced it, I drove away but the car shut down again later. It turned out the starter also needed replacing. Overall, I thought the service was excellent. Margarita went above and beyond—she picked me up and dropped me off at my house so I didn’t have to pay for an Uber. Their communication was great; Margarita even sent me videos of the parts being replaced, so I felt informed about what was happening to my car. My only concern was having to pay for labor twice within two days. After the alternator was replaced, I paid almost $800. Then I had to tow the car back when it stopped again, and replacing the starter cost me another $1000. I wish the starter issue could have been caught earlier to save me the extra labor and towing costs, but I understand that starters don’t always show signs of failure in advance and this isn’t a Mazda dealership with their specialized diagnostic tools. All in all, I really liked this shop. They were professional, helpful, and honest. I’ll definitely go back if I need work done again. Just know that if you have a car like mine (Mazda), it’s sometimes impossible to predict every issue without dealership-level diagnostics. I had issues with my Suspension after having it fixed by another mechanic. They were honest and got the job done. I’m totally satisfied and will recommend. The owners are awesome I had to leave my car and go to work they were kind enough to drive me. Thank you Margarita.

Daniel el Baboo was helpful and resolve my issue with my airbag light. Was efficient and quick fixing was out in less than 30 minute. Great job I like going there and guess what found my new mechanic. Thank you

COULD NOT EVEN DO AN OIL CHANGE... I went in and requested an oil change on my Volkswagen CC with 5w-40. I was told that the oil and filter needed to be ordered and would be there in 20 mins... after 45 minutes of waiting I had to leave but was blocked in and forced to pay 50% of the cost. When I came back the next day to have the oil change done, they had the wrong oil 10W-30 (not even close). I was refunded for the initial 50% but clearly this shop does not listen to the client. I recommend that anyone looking to have even the most simple repair done go elsewhere; somewhere where the mechanics/staff actually listen.

The Owner Literally Drove My Car Through a Toll which did not advise me when I picked up My Car, I found out because I got a fine Through EZPass, When I called Him about He had the Audacity to tell me he did me a Favor SMH. Yes he had to run my car after fixing to reset the Computer but there was plenty of options with no Tolls , Stay Away Owner does not Own up to his Mistakes
