This is the only way to deal with their games: Like others say, I waited for my 1pm ride to medical appt. After no one showed up or called me, I called 110pm, they said no driver yet but they will look, another 10 min passes without any update so I called again, they said a driver is on the way 5 minutes in a blue SUV. Another 10 minutes pass so I call and they say there's no driver. They NEVER contacted me all this time. So I had to make alternative plans when my appt is already going to be missed. They call me at 202pm asking if I still need a ride. So I said maybe they can take me on the return trip, they said yes just call back ehen ready. I call 410pm and they say yes we will send a driver. Now it's 20 minutes later and I will not call them to waster any more of my time. If they call me anytime soon, like maybe in an hour in going to tell them to come pick me up and see if they like to wait for me when I'm not there anymore... UPDATE: 522pm they call me asking if I'm still waiting. So I play along, they say they have a car in 5 minutes. So I let him go pick me up haha What a joke. If they can't provide a driver they should not accept the responsibility and should cancel the ticket so another service can do it.

I had a very frustrating experience with 510 Car Service while arranging transportation for my mother after a doctor’s appointment. Her pickup was scheduled for 3:30 PM, which was the time her appointment ended. By 4:00 PM, no one had arrived, so she called to ask for an update. Instead of providing a clear timeline, she was told she could either share a ride with another passenger or continue waiting longer. Sharing a ride was not an option for her, so she had no choice but to wait. After another long delay with no proper communication or estimated arrival time, I ended up ordering her an Uber myself to ensure she could get home safely. While she was already on the way home in the Uber at around 5:10 PM .. that’s when the driver from 510 Car Service finally called to say they had arrived. This means she waited over an hour and a half past her scheduled pickup time, only for them to show up after alternative arrangements had already been made. This level of delay, lack of communication, and disregard for a patient’s time is unacceptable, especially for a service that is supposed to provide reliable transportation to and from medical appointments. Patients should not be left stranded or forced into uncomfortable options like shared rides without prior agreement. I would not recommend this service based on this experience.
View on GoogleSpoke with dispatcher on phone an hour before pick up time. Got a call back shortly before pick up time canceling. Left scrambling. Rude and unprofessional. Don't book with them if you have somewhere you need to be on time. Worst Ive encountered.
View on GooglePlease please please don’t use this car service! My 90 year old grandmother had a medical appointment at 8:30 AM with a scheduled pickup at 7:30 AM. No one arrived. No one called. No one notified us of anything. At 7:45 AM, after being left waiting and worried, we called the company and was casually told the ride had been canceled!! - No explanation. - No prior notice. - No concern for the patient they abandoned. This is NOT a rideshare — this is a medical transport service entrusted with the care of vulnerable, elderly patients. Canceling without notification and leaving an elderly person stranded is negligent and completely unacceptable. I UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS HAPPEN, but to not give any noticed what so ever, is completely disgusting and unacceptable ! Please save the stress and find another service
View on GoogleI have car reservation at 12:45 and it was 12:59 and no one called me, and when I called them, they told me that they don’t have car for me, that they are still looking for it. How if they confirm the service the day before, they don’t car reserved to pick up my. This is not professional. I could lose my doctor appointment for they fall.
