If you're in City Island and need a mechanic for anything, I literally mean *anything*, they've got you covered. I had a low tire pressure issue, stopped by, and they took care of it immediately. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, and the shop was very clean. It's hard to find places that make you feel taken care of, but this one definitely does. I'll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone in the City Island area! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I cannot say enough good things about **365 Auto Collision** - under new management on City Island. My car battery unexpectedly died two days ago, and they went *far* above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. They came to my home on the island, professionally jumped my car, drove it back to their shop, diagnosed the dead battery, found a quality replacement, installed it, checked and filled my tires with air, and then returned my car to my home — all in ONE day. The total? $45 for labor plus the cost of the battery. That level of service, speed, and fairness is almost unheard of. Everyone I interacted with was super polite, helpful, and genuinely generous with their time and effort. This is exactly what a great local business should be: honest, responsive, and customer-focused. If you need auto help and want to deal with people who truly care, 365 Auto Collision is the place. Wonderful people and service! I took my car in for an oil change and they found out that I was driving on very used and worn out tires 🛞 without realizing I could have found myself in big trouble on the road if one of them had ripped off! They were quick in diagnosing the problem, put on the spare tire that day (for no extra charge), got me new tires and did the alignment the very next day! They were also very flexible around my work schedule and delivered their service in a very professional, cost effective, kind and friendly manner with an honest concern about my car’s safety and performance. I went on Wednesday as I had a leak in a tire, the pressure light keeps coming on and asked if they are able to patch. They said they would look at it immediately and they did. I got back in the car, light was off, tires were full. I live 3 blocks down from the shop. I went straight home, parked the car for the night. The next morning I come out to a complete flat. Never coming back nor recommending to anyone.

J one I dealt with at 365 auto collision did an excellent excellent job on fixing my fender on the side and he even included other little fixtures in the car. I recommend this shop to anybody that comes across it in the Internet and reading reviews because it’s worth it so don’t hesitate. Take your car over there.👍🏼really
