24H FLAT FIX, PITKIN TIRE SHOP

Today i had a flat tire at jfk airport. So i call them they told me they have a used tire for $75 so when I drove up there in 10 minutes, they told me that tire was sold out so they have no more the same size in used so I did ask them over the phone. How much was a new tire so they told me it was 150 so when I asked him OK fine just give me the new tire that they told me oh is 175 and I was like over the phone you told me the brand new was 150. I was like well it wasn’t me if you wanted to take it if you don’t just move on I really need a tire because I was stuck there for three hours and I need to get home to New Jersey to visit my kids so I end up paying . This place is such a scam I don’t know how people like the services. The customer services sucks and the overpriced things and they lied to you and they rip you off.

Great service. I had a flat pretty late at night, went there and they were able to fix it within 5 minutes. Would recommend to anyone 👌

Came in with a flat tire on my civic, my tires arent cheap ones. these guys were able to check for leaks, rebead the seal, and got me back on my way. saved me about $200 and they were working in 10 degree cold! great tire shop. 10/10.

Went for wheel balancing aug 9th around 230pm. A tall person attended to our vehicle and took about 30 mins to complete the process. Although everything seemed fine, once I got home I noticed my right rear wheel all scratched up when they took off the previous weights!!! What the hell?!?! I feel horrible for going to this place now 🤦‍♂️ this place needs to teach their employees to respect others cars! Hey guy, these are expensive wheels that got scratched up because of negligence! You don't seem to care but the customers do!!

This recently opened flat fix tucked away on the corner of Pitkin Avenue and Lafayette Street, a few blocks from Cross Bay Boulevard, offers the usual services expected of a tire shop. The location, a bit on the narrow side, is clean, well lit and a lovely sight if you're driving around with a flat. The prices are reasonable and the employees friendly.
