Very disappointing experience with this truck repair shop. We sent one of our company drivers there after finding the shop online, and based on their advertising, they seemed professional and trustworthy. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. First, it took them an entire day just to provide an estimate. On top of that, the estimate was outrageously overpriced. We ended up getting the exact same repair completed at another shop for almost one-fourth of the price they quoted us. That kind of price difference is unbelievable and feels like a complete ripoff. To make matters worse, they even charged us a fee just to give us the estimate. We wasted valuable time and money dealing with this place. As a trucking company, we rely on honest and efficient service, and this shop completely failed in both areas. We would not recommend this place to other drivers or trucking companies.

Took my ram tungsten in for its first service. It to less than 1 hr and it was done with putting on 2 license plates and doing an inspection. The car was waiting for me in the parking lot. Thank you guys. I love all of you you keep it up.

I want here because I was recommended by one of my guy to go here for a replacing a coolant line knowing I seeing a lot of negative reviews on this shop I thought they was lying but they wasn’t anyway the job take 1 to 2 hours of work. the the person who work on my car end up taken all day to removed everything on the car to work on it . I don’t know if he didn’t know what he was doing or he just didn’t have enough experience . known that he work on somebody else car before . But the whole job supposed to cost from $200 to 300 Jonathan koren the dirty manager end up came up with a bill that cost $700 dollars Try to charge me more hours of there workers mistake Not having fast experience When he realized that I wasn’t paying him that price he told me just pay me what you want and don’t come back here. ungrateful shop and workers knowing that I was nice the whole time . They are complete scammers! They tried to charge me $800 for a $200 part on top of having ridiculously high labor fees. When I decided to take my business somewhere else they kept raising the price of the ‘check out fee’ Never bring your car here!

I brought my vehicle in to address an issue with the passenger seat airbag light. I was informed that the problem was due to water damage caused by a small amount of water from a bottle that had leaked onto the seat that was in my purse. Throughout the visit, I repeatedly asked for a cost estimate but was not given any information. After waiting 45 minutes, a manager finally informed me that I owed $325. At no point was I made aware of any charges before the work was done, nor was I given the opportunity to approve or decline the service. As a layperson without mechanical expertise, I rely on professionals to provide transparent information and pricing. Being charged without consent or clear communication is unacceptable, especially when I was not given a chance to explore other options. After discussing the situation with my husband and reflecting further, I felt deeply disappointed and taken advantage of, since my dad and I are good customers . I called back to speak with the manager, who responded in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. He sarcastically remarked, “Well, the job is already done — would you like to come back so I can put the water back in the seat?” His tone was condescending and uncalled for. He acknowledged that I should have been informed of the cost prior to the work being done and stated that he would look into the matter with his team and follow up with me. However, I never received a return call. In my experience, this business appears to be operated by individuals more focused on profit than integrity, particularly when dealing with women or those who may not be familiar with automotive services. Unfortunately, I did not check the reviews beforehand, assuming this was a trustworthy place. I now regret that decision. I encourage others to read reviews carefully before choosing to do business here. In my opinion, the negative feedback is accurate. Please reconsider before relying on this establishment.
