had an excellent experience at 1811 Auto Repair and can’t recommend them enough. I was dealing with a frustrating electrical issue with my Honda that other places couldn’t seem to figure out, but Joe really stepped in and got to the root of the problem. You can tell right away that he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. Instead of guessing or trying quick fixes, Joe took the time to properly diagnose the issue and walked me through exactly what was going on. I really appreciated how patient and transparent he was—he made sure I understood the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. That level of honesty is hard to find these days. The repair itself was done in a timely manner, and the quality of the work was top-notch. Since getting my car back, everything has been running perfectly with no issues at all. It’s such a relief to finally have the problem resolved after dealing with it for so long. On top of that, the pricing was very fair, especially considering the amount of time and effort that went into diagnosing and fixing an electrical issue. There were no surprises, no upselling—just straightforward, honest service. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with an auto repair shop. Love these guys. Got referred to by my Classic car club friends, had my inspections done here and now my AMG E63s wagon Eleanor is in to get new batteries and a new alternator.
