157 Auto Collision did not disappoint. Chad was extremely professional and efficient. He handled all the necessary paperwork and managed the insurance process from start to finish. The turn around time considering the circumstances was also fair. When I picked up my car, it was spotless and looked brand new. I was truly impressed with the quality of the work. Jay was also very friendly and professional at pickup, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for an auto shop that is thorough, efficient, and trustworthy, then look no further.

Serious Concerns – Billing Dispute and Unprofessional Conduct I am posting this review to document my experience with 157 Auto Collision and Repairs in Jamaica ,Queens for consumer awareness and regulatory visibility. My vehicle was brought to this shop solely for inspection by the insurance company. There was no agreement or authorization for this shop to perform any repairs. The understanding was that, after the inspection, the vehicle would be transferred to another body shop for repairs. While the vehicle remained at this location awaiting the insurance inspection, the owner issued an invoice totaling approximately $5,000, which included charges related to the time the vehicle was at the shop and other items that, in my opinion, were not legitimate or reasonable. The insurance company also disputed these charges and determined they were excessive. As a result, the insurance company approved and paid $2,400, not the full invoiced amount. Despite this, I was demanded to pay the remaining balance in order to have my vehicle released. I was informed that if I did not pay the difference, my vehicle would not be released. My vehicle was held hostage, I kid you not. Additionally, I attempted to resolve payment through a cashier’s check, which was refused, and I was told that cash only would be accepted. Throughout this process, communication was unprofessional, and the conduct of the owner was rude and unprofessional. The facility itself appeared poorly maintained and disorganized, raising further concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Consumers are strongly advised to obtain written estimates, written authorization, and clear documentation before leaving their vehicle at this shop—especially when the vehicle is present only for insurance inspection purposes. I would not recommend 157 Auto Collision and Repairs. Stay away from doing business with this place. Rating: Zero stars if available.

Chad is a god-fearing man who's the best intentions for all of his customers. He did an excellent job on our vehicle when we went to pick it up, it looks like Brand New. Check him out.You will not be disappointed 157 auto. Collision

157 Auto and its owner Chad gave me an amazing experience. I got sideswiped in a parking lot that led to extensive paint damage and minor dents to 3 panels of my car. Chad and his team were not only able to get me in quick, but completed the repair making the car look brand new for a reasonable price that was cheaper than all my other quotes. They were able to answer all my questions and help guide me through timelines, expectations and going through insurance vs out of pocket. Their knowledge and expertise made me feel truly confident in their ability to deliver and they did. I will gladly be taking my car in for all future repairs here. I highly recommend 157 Auto Collision. 5/5 stars!

After my car accident, I thought my car would never look the same ever again. But I was pleasantly surprised when, after Chad had done the work, my car looked brand new! I had to get major body work done, but the repairs came out flawless. This shop and service is highly recommended and Chad gets my full endorsement. I know now where’s to go if I need to get body work done for my car. The best, bar none
