12 Volt Doctor

I go to 12 Volt Doctor for all of my auto needs. They’ve fixed my windshield before and took care of a bad dent with paint correction like it never even happened. Super friendly team and they stay on top of everything. My car was in and out faster than I expected, and the pricing honestly can’t be beat. Definitely recommend them.

I went to 12volt because I recently purchased a Camaro from Yosh Motors and had a terrible experience. The next day after buying the car the engine light came on, after struggling with them for a whole month to get my car fixed they sent me to 12Volt . I went there and explained my problems with the car that Yosh couldn’t find for over a month. Within 2hrs of being there they were able to locate the wire that was causing me distress, within 5hrs of being there they fixed the problem. Their staff was amazing, welcoming and very reassuring. I was offered refreshments throughout my wait time, and I appreciated that. They kept me in the know and not in suspense of what was going on with my car. I really appreciated their expertise and professionalism to promptly get the job done. Thank you for helping me and getting me out of there in a timely manor.

I have an older car 2008 that was t-boned. Both doors were damaged beyond repair and no longer available. They (Samantha & Joe) found used replacements. Both doors fit and operate as good or better than new. The paint is better than what you would expect on a new luxury car. Amazing. I would sincerely like to thank them for the excellent care.

The most Amazing experience ever with car repair. This shop and staff there are beyond the stars. If I could add 100 more stars I would. Not only did they take care of the car but they took care of our family making sure the sure was above standard especially since we have a child. They helped handle the insurance, the helped us get a rental right away and best of all they treated us like family not a dollar sign. I can’t thank them enough for ensuring the car was repaired right. A special thank you to Samantha who completely went out of her way to check and keep us posted. If anyone needs any repairs GO TO THEM!!!

So my wife got into an accident and immediately she called 12V and spoke to Samantha. Can you believe she came from the other side of the island and made sure her and the baby were ok first then looked at the car and handled everything. Including helping her get a rental and get the car towed immediately. The Customer service is beyond words can express. Then to make matters even better the car was fixed better than new. That staff there are UMBELIEVABLE AMAZING!!!!! I can’t thank them enough. They kept us posted on the repairs and if was such a relief knowing this team was doing everything possible. Thank you guys so much for everything. Go check them out for all your cars needs and repairs you won’t regret it
