Vlad, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service you have provided over the years. 123 Auto Service has consistently been my trusted choice for the maintenance of my E55 AMG, Porsche Cayenne GTS, and BMW 6 Series, as well as my father’s Range Rover. Your work has always been prompt and reliable, and I truly value the timely fashion in which you complete every job. All of my vehicles are currently running great, Thank you for the upgraded modifications. Engine work, downpipes, mufflers, I mean the list goes on. interior, exterior. clean work. I truly appreciate your dedication and will continue to highly recommend your shop to others. The quality of service you provide is unmatched. Thank you, Vlad!

Been using Vlad for 20 plus years. He is the only mechanic in NYC that I trust. No matter how many times I tried other places it always led to shortcuts that led to endless other problems and wasted money. Get a no BS analysis of your car's issue and a real fair price and speedy service. Highly recommend!

I went to 1-2-3 Auto Service for an oil change on my BMW 750. My car was running perfectly fine before I brought it in. Immediately after the oil change, my engine started making a ticking noise. I took the car to another mechanic for a second opinion, and he told me the oil used was incorrect for my vehicle — basically regular low-quality oil, not the proper oil required for a BMW 750. I went back to 1-2-3 Auto Service to have them fix the issue, and instead of taking responsibility, the owner laughed at me and tried to blame me, saying I was “revving” the engine. I’m 40 years old — I’m not a kid, and I would never abuse my car. Now I’m being told I may be facing $5,000–$10,000 in engine damage because of their mistake. I will never do business with them again. I strongly recommend avoiding this place — they do not care about customers’ cars and will cut corners to save money.
