I recently brought my car in for an oil change and to have a noise checked out in the front end. My service advisor Alex was super helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. The mechanic quickly found the issue — a bent dust cover — and took the time to adjust it back into place at no extra charge. I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. It’s rare to find a team you can truly trust with your car, but they’ve definitely earned my trust. Highly recommend!

I have a 2007 Subaru Forester, which began braking while I was driving and I drove to the nearest station, which is “Prime Auto Repair & Towing Inc”. 😊 They did diagnostic testing for free. Soon after I tried to go back to them and my car would not start! 😡 Alex drove to my home with a battery jumper to find out that my alternator was dead. He went back to the shop to get the tow truck. Anyway, they changed the alternator, O2 sensors and the Check Engine light to go out. And it now passed an inspection! 😊 I brought the car back to them a week later for another separate problem. There was a clunking sound in the back of the car now. It turned out to be the platelets inside the muffler were falling apart. 😜 I will bring the car back to them to get a new muffler installed. I am extremely pleased with their services and I will be going back to them from now on! 😃
