Told me $100 for towing 1/4 mile. Then billed $150 And charged $100 for an estimate. Don’t use them for anything! Rip off outfit!

Inspect your car before picking up your vehicle from their lot. They dragged my car onto a bed while in gear, parking brake on, AWD engaged, etc. They admitted to damaging the vehicle on video; we filed a police report on-site. They threatened to sue us when we documented the damage. $318 (cash only...) to pick up the car. Seems someone bought out the municipal lot and is towing on Sundays, even if you are a credit union member.

Been parking in the same lot for 4 years to walk my dog. Never packed, never a problem. But ON A SUNDAY I get my truck towed and had to pay 318 dollars for him to move it .05 miles away. Asked if the business called him, was told he watches the lots. I’m Sorry that your business is hurting that bad that you have to prowl around and look for vehicles on a Sunday.

They charged $400 to get my car back, after it was towed out of my girlfriend’s apartment lot because the landlord didn’t recognize the car. The apartment is literally 0.3 miles from this business, walking distance. Standard practice is around $75-100 for a hook and around $3-4 per loaded mile. Shouldn’t have been anywhere near $400. Very predatory, especially in a town full of college students trying to make it.

$318 Cash Only to get my car out of here. Completely Overpriced. The NYPD charges $185 to tow. I’m confused why I was charged so much to be towed a total of 10 to 15 blocks away. Ridiculous
