Sunoco Auto Service Center (Beacon Automotive)

I had a radiator replaced here on a 2004 Subaru as well as a muffler. 3 years both have to be replaced already. The radiator is leaking and the muffler has a hole from rusting from the inside. I really liked this shop but this does not instill confidence that they use quality parts.

Won’t use them again had to have an engine replace took longer than told got attitude when I texted about an update then didn’t bother to mention a/c system wasn’t vacuumed I call to mention it didn’t work they said bring it back when it warms up and we will fill it so again nothing stated that system had not been vacuumed and maybe filled low. Broke pieces reinstalling engine didn’t tighten the pulley etc I hank god they did the engine itself right but now I stuck ping to fish they system myself because they are not touching my car again! Update. Went back and now they claim they charged the system even though that wasnt what they claimed over the phone ac still isnt working but i believe i found out what they messed up. Lost 3 total customers out of this. And ill spread the word to all my driver friends not to ever use you guys. Should have fixed it now its bbb and court for you messed yo the valves my guy. Whos “playing mechanic” that would be the guy who didnt put half of the car back together right.

My car wouldn't start and I couldn't jump it. So I had it towed there late Friday afternoon. Rick fixed it first thing the next morning. He was very helpful and polite.

Went for an inspection. Supposedly my high beam light was out they replaced it without asking and it worked perfectly fine the night before so I'm not understanding that one. Charge me $21 for an inspection that failed then tells me I can come back with in 10 days to try again and give him another $11. I wish my impulsiveness didn't get the better of me because my regular guy would never do that he just happens to be closed on the weekends lesson learned
