They are complete scam artists at this place, if you are a young woman beware!! I dropped my car off to get an oil change and walked up to the starbucks, after an hour and a half I began to wonder when it would be done so I called them. They told me that it was ready, which i found quite strange because they said they would call me when it was done. I went to go pick it up and they charged me $75 dollars!!! FOR ONE OIL CHANGE!!! I spoke up and said I had never in my life payed that much for an oil change and he tried to tell me that “oil prices had gone up.” I am aware that inflation is an issue and prices are going up but almost DOUBLE is ridiculous. I got an oil change about 3 months ago and payed forty dollars so it is quite frankly impossible that prices would have risen that much in such a short period of time. It was quite offensive to think that he just assumed that I wouldn’t question that insanely high price. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere if you’re a young woman looking to get your oil changed.

As a young woman bringing my car to the garage by myself, I was worried because I felt I was a target for being ripped off. The mechanics and staff at Main Street Auto were all really nice to me, finished my inspection quickly, and were flexible to my appointment needs prior (they let me change my appointment time when I called earlier in the week, and then I ended up getting there a half hour early for the inspection and they took it right away and offered me a seat inside). I am really happy with my experience there. I will be using them again for any future auto needs and will recommend their services to my friends.

My first experience and they did a great job. I think you can tell a lot about a service station with the simple jobs they do like oil change and tire rotation. They had me come in this morning as soon as I could get there, they took my car right away and within about 30 minutes the oil was changed the tires were rotated and I answered all my questions. They were quick and efficient. I saw about three or four other customers come and go within that time and each one was taken care of quickly. Good job guys.

Got my inspection done fast and easy

Do not go here for any reason. They are complete scams and completely screwed me over. I took my car to be inspected (older car, just bought recently) and the owner treated me terribly. First he freaked out about how bad the alignment was and the tires needed to be replaced. He laughed in my face when I had no idea about the tires, because of the fact we bought the car a week ago. I told him to fix the alignment and replace the tires. Multiple times throughout the day waiting for him to fix the car, I confirmed multiple times that he fixed the alignment and replaced the tires. He said yes, but treated me horribly and was very disrespectful the entire time, so when I finally got my car I paid the couple hundred dollars and got out of there asap. Just 2 months later, got a flat tire on the car and I realized the front two tires are worn down to the metal, again. When I took it back, they claimed they never fixed the alignment and they never said they were going to. He is a liar and a scam and completely screwed me over and charged me 220 for brand new tires, apparently without fixing the alignment, which now I know he lied to me about, knowing this would happen and setting us up for a blowout, which happened.
