I’ve gone to all the auto repair shops in my area. Some were better than others. But dealing with TNT has been, by far, my best experience. If you have AAA and are in and around New Hyde Park, chances are, TNT will be towing your car. TNT used to take my car to my personal mechanic, but yesterday, I took a chance and sent my car to them. Luis, the tow man, was friendly. Dash, the head man, was informative and fair. Stan, the battery man, kept in touch. I got my car back much faster than I expected and paid a fair price. If AAA tows your car, and TNT takes it away, trust me - just take it straight to 2nd street in NHP and have this reputable shop take care of it.

I had the TNT TOWTRUCK come out on behalf of AAA . I must say the guy towing was amazing . So nice and helpful , didn’t force me to bring to his shop or anything . He was honestly one of the best gentlemen I have dealt with . I can only imagine how the auto shop is . I will definitely give my business to them. Service - 10/10

The best of the best!! I randomly came across TNT when my transmission died out on Long Island - I was nervous to handle such a big issue with an auto shop I didn't know, but these guys are the BEST! Responsive, kind, communicative, honest, and so helpful. They've addressed every issue on my 10 year car, and are always here to follow up and help when I have more worries. They explain the issues in detail, with empathy, and explain all of your options to you with transparency. I won't be taking my car anywhere else ever again. Poor customer service. Not truthful. Would avoid at all cost. Reckless tow driver. Not an upfront location. Run.
