Service is AWFUL! Had an appt for a quick state inspection, arrived 15 min early, an hour after my appt time I went to check in on my car. Stood in front of 3 individuals for 5 minutes before one of them even acknowledged me, mind you no other customer was at the desk nor were they on the phone. For them to say we will start your car soon, 2 hours later I was finally leaving. Go to ANY random NY gas station for quicker visit and save your self tons of time and the attitude. Do not recommend this location go to Bergen county VW’s for nice prompt service.

Volkswagen of Nanuet Service Center provided an excellent maintenance experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and guided to the next step without delay. I waited less than three minutes, even with three service desks actively assisting customers. When it was my turn, the service representative was professional, friendly, and immediately understood everything needed for my vehicle. She prepared all documents quickly, walked me through the process, and confirmed whether I would wait or take a loaner. The waiting area was clean, had a pleasant atmosphere, and offered complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, and phone charging stations. Throughout my visit, the staff kept me updated on the status and estimated completion time of my car, ensuring a smooth and reassuring experience. Highly professional team, organized process, and a comfortable environment. Truly great service.

AVOID, go to white plains dealer. Not a single person at this service carries responsibility when I called 4 times and they serviced my vehicle and I arrived home with no Coolan. Manager is not available since last Monday to respond. No response on how they will tow my car or provide a loaner. Zero accountability and I have spoken to 3- 4 people that all report to one manager who is not available for a call since last Monday.

Krystal was very sweet, knowledgeable and helped me get my car back right on time from my scheduled service appointment! She noticed there were charges on the invoice that weren’t meant to be there, adjusted them, and gave me the accurate amount and a detailed report of everything done! Their prices are a bit on the higher end but for the quick service and quality job it’s worth it. So far, I’ve only had great experiences with Volkswagen!

What I learned for the service sales person. Even though you can set up appointments on the app they don't 100% go with there system. They were fast, efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. Sales person explained everything in detail. Great job!
