Schultz Ford Service

Very disappointed with this service center. They removed the plastic cover under the driver seat and broke all the plastic clips that hold it in place instead of removing it properly. This is basic work that should be handled professionally, especially by a repair center charging premium prices. On top of that, their maintenance prices are higher than any Ford service center I’ve dealt with in the state. Paying more should mean better care and better workmanship — not damaged parts and careless service. Definitely not the level of professionalism I expected.

Came in for a service call because of the check engine light. They fix the wrong thing which I had to come in a few days later. They charged me for both visits and stated something else was causing the check engine light.

Sent me home with my brake pedal hitting the floor. Told me that’s the way it’s supposed to be. Took it to another mechanic fixed it. Don’t trust a company the will send you home with compromised brakes.

After my First Service I can say you should have ZERO apprehension about the quality of customer service at this Ford Dealership no matter what you are driving. It was exceptional. Everyone says hello. Everyone asks if you need help. Everyone is friendly. Extremely accommodating. Truck was serviced efficiently. Truck was serviced perfectly. Extremely impressed. Thank You.
