Went to get a wheel alignment came out worse then what is was these people are scammers and when you come back to get it fixed they don’t wanna do it when they break your car even more also the place looks like a junkyard

Definitely stay away from this place. I went to their auto repair shop for an DMV inspection. While my car was still parked outside in the same spot, the individual behind the counter told me I needed new brakes in order to pass the inspection and the price would be $900. They never even looked at the vehicle, put if on the left or removed the tire. I told them no, they still changed me for the inspection and I went somewhere else and they passed me. Predatory business at its finest. Go elsewhere.

This place has the worst service and just takes your money. I went in for an inspection 6 months after the tinted window law was passed and in effect- and passed. I go in the following year and they fail my inspection. I asked why did it pass last year with the law in place and failed this year with the same law in place and everyone has a confused look on there face with an insufficient response. They provide Unprofessional services and no explanation that is valid enough to support it. It’s either you follow the rules or you don’t with DMV not when you feel like it. This explains why most of their reviews are negative. I did not ask to be passed. I asked for a reason I’m told “it was a mistake” but it wasn’t a mistake to take my money. Then when asked for a receipt from the previous service they give you attitude. Don’t be mad at the customer for your mistakes. Be consistent with your service. Obviously what you guys are doing is illegal. I did NOT asked to be passed. I asked WHY was it passed last year when nothing has changed.

Hi all. That place is the worst and dishonest place I have ever seen. I bought 3 used tires the first time I drove with the new tires I had a problem so I went back to them and they claimed they have to do a tire alignment so they charged me again but the problems kept on coming so I checked the tire size and I realized that they sold me 2 different sizes so I went back again and firts they tried to deny that they sold me 3 tires but after the invoice was printed was verified that they did sold me 3 so their apology was "sorry I dont have another tire the same size so the only option is I can give u a brand new for $150. Please listen to me and don't use them cus u'll be 1 day in the same position as me ADDITIONAL: now I see his response this guy is the worst and dishonest guy I have ever met first he denied that smaller tire is from him now he claims they told me b4. That's absolutely not true they never mentioned a word about that to me b4 Also claims he offered me money back. Also a big lie the only offer he had for me was a new tore for full price Also claims he didn't aligned my tire. If that's true y was I charged $30 for 2 tires alignment? Bottom line what u guys can see is that he will do what ever he wants and will deny everything in ur face so please dont use that guy Now he's come back with another list of stories I'm not here to argue with u I should rather report u to DMV they should do the work for me I'm just trying to save other people

My alignment wasn’t done properly, went back to get it properly done and they tried to charge me. I laughed because I wasn’t going to pay again for something that wasn’t done right , so check ya employees when they work. Time is money , should of been done properly the first time.
