Costco Tire Service Center

Appointment accepted, then cancelled via voicemail AFTER it started. I had an extremely unprofessional experience at the Nanuet Costco Tire Center. I had a 4:45 PM appointment for a leaking tire. At 1:58pm I received a phone call from the tire center with them not leaving a voicemail. At 4:16 P.M. I showed up early. The tech told me that he was able to check my leaking tire even though a supervisor was not present. My official appointment time began at 4:45pm, but I received a voicemail at 4:53pm stating that my car won’t be seen today for a tire leak but the technician checked my air pressure. I arrived to pick up my car around 5:00pm by that time technician had already clocked out for the day and a new technician was at the front desk. I am extremely disappointed in the amount of unprofessional showed by Costco. I can check my own tire pressure at home. I pay for a Costco membership for reliable service, not to have my vehicle held for 45 minutes for a 30-second task. I was lucky to have a friend drive me, but had I Ubered, I would have been out $50 for a service they never intended to perform. I am reconsidering the value of this membership if this is how safety issues are handled.

I was in and out. I had an appointment at 5:30pm for a tire change. Walked in at 5:20pm and they took my car right in with no wait. It took 30mins for the service :)

Very helpful and did not try to upcharge me. Very safe environment for women. Exceptional service from Lue. Explained what my car needed in a way that is helpful for a girl who knows nothing about cars. 100% would go here again for my tire needs. 🎀🛞

Horrible Experience from Management on down!! Came on time to my appointment kept us waiting over 2 hours and then said "we cant find your tires" They had the car up on the lift W/out having the tires in hand! My gut tells me they just wanted to go home as the tires were clearly delivered

Everytime I got my tires replaced here, I lost the valve caps. You guys never put them back. It's $8 for a set of genuine caps guys.
