I was in need of new ties and Joe had various brands in stock to choose from. Highly recommend. Prices were the best, even beat online retailers. After his recommendations, I went with the General Grabber APT and there was even an online $100 rebate via gift card. Very friendly staff and clean facility. Can tell he and the staff take pride in what they do. 10/10

I brought in four 19” rims with low-profile tires — one of them brand new with 0 miles — after calling ahead to confirm they could mount and balance them. They said yes with no hesitation and never mentioned that their machines might not even be capable of doing the job. I dropped them off, and they didn’t even bother to take my name or number. Just told me to come back before closing. Four hours later, I return and they tell me they couldn’t install the tires. Fine — that happens. But when I looked at my wheels, I noticed my brand new rim with 0 miles one it, was dented and scratched across the face. That kind of damage doesn’t happen by accident, and they never said a single word about it. No honesty, no accountability, nothing. I called to complain, and they said they’d “take care of it.” When I went in, I asked for a replacement rim — which is completely reasonable for a brand new, now-damaged wheel. Instead, they refused and offered to have it refinished by some guy the owner admitted he’s never even worked with. Then it somehow got even worse. After my brother left a review explaining what happened, one of their employees said, “Ya know, I kinda wanna slap that Tyler kid for leaving that review.” My response was, “That Tyler kid is my brother — and he spent hours of his own time ceramic coating those rims for you guys, just for you to screw them up.” The fact that an employee would say something like that to a paying customer is beyond unprofessional — it’s downright disrespectful. I’m a young guy with a nice car, and they clearly didn’t take me seriously from the moment I walked in. They damaged my property, disrespected my family, and never made any real effort to make it right. If you value your wheels, your car, or basic respect as a customer, avoid this place at all costs. They’ll damage your stuff, dodge responsibility, and leave you to dry in the wind Edit: i did in fact ask for a new wheel twice. Once in person to your employee and once over the phone. You personally told me that it wouldn’t happen and that refinishing was your only solution. I actually did bring the rim in at a time you told me you would be there. When i showed up with the rim in hand you had left 10 minute prior according to your employee.

I dropped off my F-250, and within 5 minutes of checking in, they had it in the shop. In just 30 minutes, they mounted and balanced four 35x12.5R20 tires. Lightning-fast service and top-notch efficiency! Highly recommend this shop.
