We were in need of a new (to us) vehicle. We spoke with our lender to get pre-approved. While there they recommended Upstate Auto, stating we should look their, Matt gives a outstanding warrenty on used vehicles (very unheard of). We absolutely went to see what he had to offer. We found and fell in love with our first test drive and bought it that day. Then less than a month after the purchase our driver side tire all but fell off while we were driving (this happend on a Saturday late in the evening) On Monday we reached out to Matt told him exactly what happened and where we were able to get the car towed to. Matt them reach out to the garage where we had it towed, made arrangements to pick it up and take it to his shop. Now here is where he won us truely over. He had it fixed entirely by Tuesday, Yes Tuesday! At no charge to us. My husband and I are very impressed and will recommend Upstate Auto to all our friends and family, and will definitely look there first the next time we are shopping for a new vehicle

Absolutely awesome experience here. The owner Matt and his staff are very helpful and respectful. No pressure to buy. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them over the past 15 years and it was the same every time. Great customer service and great vehicles. Best warranty around with options to upgrade. Excellent finance options. Hands down will buy here anytime I need a different vehicle. OH YEAH...sometimes the vehicles you look at have neat little add-ons that Matt doesn't list. I love figuring out that my new vehicle has a cool little secret I get to find!
