I got new tires at this place they took care of me with no problems. Same tires with the deal on their website. If anyone is getting tires I suggest checking this place and do your homework on deals. What i dont like is there is a scratch on my rim and I dont know if they reset my TPMS sensors so I did that myself in the parking lot at the bowling alley up the road from them

Technicians were friendly and personable. They explained the differences in compatible tires that they had in stock and were able to fit me in same day. (I'm a procrastinator, and needed them last second before heading out of town). Prices were very good as well.

My wife called me in a panic as she had a tire losing air while on a road trip out of state and didn’t know what to do. I did a quick search for service shops in the area and sent her to Mr. Tire. They were able to take her car right in and did not do any more work that needed to be done and had her back on the road in well under an hour.

I've gone to these guys a few times and disappointed every time... Brought my car in a month ago cuz my brakes felt funny, "your right bearing needs changing". Ok, brought it back a few weeks later because my brakes felt funny, "wow yeah, your rotors are totally warped, probably need that fixed" ok.... How'd you not see that a few weeks ago... Dropped my car back off and asked them to put a oil change sticker in my window when they did the work... didnt happen, thought they would see my tire pressure light was on and would just give me some air... They didn't. Pulled my truck back to the bay and the manager had one of his workers fill my tires while he hid behind some other cars being worked on. Earlier this summer I needed a simple fuse change, they didn't even put the cover back on. Seriously don't go to these guys. Im not sure I can rely on any work they've done.
