I found myself in a pickle needing prompt AC repair for my van on very short notice. I had to transport my daughter from combat training in SC to NC and then drop her off in Virginia. I called Paul and explained the situation and urgency. He promptly ordered the part right then and trusted that I would be in to drop the van off that evening. Paul met me at the door with a handshake and friendly face and assured me he’d have it fixed. Paul not only had it fixed on short notice, he gave me a discount for the cause. I just returned from the trip and I’m so thankful because my daughter in full military fatigues, my sister, granddaughter and German shepherd drove for 3 hours while 104 degrees outdoors, enjoyed a nice cool and peaceful 😌 drive to base. Thank you again, Paul. I will sure be calling you in the future!
