Very friendly staff. Came in with a minor problem with no appoinment and they got it fixed in under 15 mins even though they had plenty on their plate when we got there. Let us get back to our vacation with hardly a break, highly recommend!

I had been looking for a vehicle for a while. Found a ford explorer here and decided to check it out . Was about an hr away. But well worth the trip. They are family owned and very straight forward and friendly. Didn't push to make a sale and wanted to be sure I was happy with my purchase. While there I met multiple long term customers of theirs that had only good things to say about both purchases and work they've had done. I wouldn't hesitate to be a return costumer.

I was in the process of looking for a newer vehicle and I decided to stop at Pellicane Motors. I test drove 3 different vehicles and decided to have one of them on my list to consider. About a week later, after testing and looking at about 8 different vehicles, I went back to Pellicane in hopes that the one on my list was still there. To my delight, it was still there. I took it out for another test drive and came back, haggled with John a little bit and came away owning the car. They even did the license and registration and title. There was a snafu in regard to getting it to pass inspection...GM is notorious for having issues. With the due diligence of John and his mechanic, I finally received the call and the car was ready for me. Prior to this experience, I had admired the vehicles they've had over the years, but never purchased one until now. The whole crew worked together to make this as smooth as possible and would definitely recommend them and most definitely will buy from them again when the need arises.
