Oil Change On Wheels

Customer service is excellent! I got an oil change and that evening the oil leaked. They came down right away and took full responsibility, worked on it for over 2 hours, and made sure it was properly fixed.

I unreservedly endorse utilizing this service. Professional, prompt, friendly service was easy to schedule, right on time, and efficient. They care about the little things: they brought a mat to make sure no oil spilled onto the street or my driveway and they checked and filled all my fluid levels as a courtesy. I only use the best when it comes to my car, and Oil Change on Wheels exceeded my expectations and standards. EDIT: I have since used Oil Change on Wheels multiple times, and each time was a consistently excellent experience.

I'm really curious why this company has so many positive reviews. Our experience with them was not very positive at all. They kept rescheduling their arrival time, and then when they did arrive they were unprepared. They were not professional in their customer service.

Called Oil Change on Wheels for an oil change and they were at my place within 20 minutes. The guy who answered the phone was really nice and helpful, and the one who did the oil change knew exactly what he was doing and he was fast, easy, and solid work. Definitely recommended!
