Great experience under the new management! The staff was friendly, took their time with my car, and did a very thorough job instead of rushing. I also like the new process of washing the car first and then moving it to the side for the interior vacuum, it kept everything moving smoothly and seemed much more organized. My car wasn’t very dirty, but I chose the $14 wash plus the $8 interior vacuum, and I thought it was well worth the price. I also like the new pricing signage. It might be helpful to have it posted closer to the entrance as well, but it’s not a big deal. Overall, I’m highly satisfied with the service and will definitely be back!

This used to be the best car wash around. Quick on oil changes and even minor mechanical repairs. The mechanic shop is now shut down with no reason. Given to the public and the car wash has become astronomical uncoordinated and terrible. Soap left all over my truck. They expect an oversized pickup truck to be able to pull into an area to be vacuumed that it can't even fit into. Very sad day for harriman. Do better! You have had a lot of loyal customers over the years. I don't think this is the way you pay them back.
View on GoogleI decided to give this car wash another chance after the change in ownership. Unfortunately, it doesn’t compare to how it used to be. The equipment still appears to be broken, specifically the spinning tire brushes and the wash itself was very basic at best. I spent a good amount of money, but still had to come home and finish cleaning the car myself. This town could really use a high-quality car wash. If the new owners fix the equipment and start delivering real value for the price, they’ll have a much better shot at building trust with customers and growing a loyal base. Right now, it’s a missed opportunity!
View on GoogleThis was one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve ever had. They did not vacuum the car at all. There was visible dirt everywhere, stains left untouched, and actual cereal still sitting on the floor after the “cleaning.” The seats were left dirty, the interior was clearly ignored, and nothing resembled a proper vacuum or interior service. When I pointed this out and asked them to fix it, the staff repeatedly said “we don’t know how” and “this isn’t what we do.” That is completely unacceptable for a business that advertises car cleaning services. I asked for my money back because it was obvious no real cleaning was done, and they refused. Instead of taking responsibility, they acted like leaving dirt, stains, and trash inside the car was normal. This was a disgusting experience. I paid for a service that was simply not performed. Save your time, money, and frustration and go literally anywhere else. I will never return and strongly warn others to avoid this place.

They change the price package and what they include. We ended up paying $35 just to have the car washed externally. It did not include internally wiping down the seats or the dashboard. We didn't learn this until after we went through the car wash and one of the employees told us. They make you pay upfront just before you go in. They charge extra if you want the carpet vacuums. We decided to stay in the car as it went through the car washing system and it was a good thing we did because if my husband was not quick on removing the car from neutral, we would have crashed right into the door as it closed right when we were about to exit. The workers were trying to keep the door open and only worked with the lady holding the button down. The line is ridiculously long. You have to wait to get your car in and then get on another line just to get the carpet vacuum. There were 10 cars waiting. It was very disappointing and we ended up just leaving. My husband spoke with the new manager, and he kept saying that this was change due to past customers' complaint and that this was the new process. My husband told him that this was not a good process, and he needed to relook at it. But the manager kept insisting that this was better. Well, its not. lts not customer service friendly. We will not be returning.
