My experience with Barron Body Works was very disappointing due to poor workmanship and unprofessional service. Two years ago, they replaced my rear bumper. After a minor accident recently, the paint on that bumper immediately began chipping and peeling. When I returned, Ken gave me a cash estimate to repaint it but didn’t acknowledge the issue could stem from their original repair. Two other shops quickly confirmed the bumper hadn’t been prepped properly and needed replacement, advising me to check for warranty coverage. When I raised this with Barron, Ken initially dismissed my concerns. Only after pressing did he reluctantly admit it should be covered under warranty — yet he refused to provide documentation and became hostile when I asked again. Quality repairs should last, and customers deserve honesty and professionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Barron Auto Body.

I highly recommend Barron Body Works. They're very professional and took care of my claim. My door was hit and due to this, they had to change the the side fender. I was scared that my car wouldn't look the same or the color would look off but no. My car looked brand new when I picked it up.
