Mario needs to retire. He is very egotistic and wants to praised as a mechanic. He is unable to properly check if your car is ready for the road. He needs to stay home where he belongs. Anybody can be a parts changer that is what he has become at his age. We don't need parts changer we need humble mechanics who don't take advantage of people. He started to become very angry 10 to 20 times whenever I spoke to him. All i wanted was him to check one time the work he completed. He refused and asked me to pay him more money. I cannot in good faith recommend this shop as long as Mario is working there. He made me extremely upset and stressed out. He got very angry at me when I'm running out of money. Even when i have no money I still paid him in full more than $300. I will never return here as long as Mario is working here. Mario needs to go and stop working. I never been treated so poorly by words at a mechanic shop. I kept explaining to him there is a new sound coming from car after I left from his repair shop. I told him i want him to check so i know what is the problem. I told him to check the work he completed one time just to make sure everything is good. He become nasty and disgusting by saying a lot of bad things to me. - He accused me of calling his repair poor. - He told me my car have a lot of miles. - He asked me very annoyed why I think the sound is related to the cv axles he just replaced. - He said I'm wasting his time by asking him to check one time. - He said I'm going to keep coming back to ask him to check. - He asked me 2 to 3 times if I work for free at my job. - He asked me angrily multiple times if I'm the mechanic or if he is mechanic. - When every insult failed he finally said the sound was there before I came to the shop and I am lying to him. That was the final straw for me and I should leave him 1 star review but he is a old man. That is only reason I'm leaving 3 stars. He is unfit to be working any job. I have attached photo of where he striked my new control arm. Warning stay away from Mario. Update: I am lowering my rating to 1 star after further checking my car . He refused to check my car because he broke my car's brake dust shield and dented both my wheels. My car is making multiple noises and my steering wheel is shaking. I also fixed the new sound that was coming from the car. Mario didn't fully tighten the axle nut for the new cv axles. I drove on loose axle for over 400 miles until the sound became louder and I realized I have to tighten the bolt myself. I had to take time off from work multiple times to figure out the issue including driving back to his shop. I had to buy the tools to fix the issue myself. My new cv axles are possibly prematurely worn because Mario was too arrogant to check if it is tightened. Never again. I'm very upset he never said sorry or refund money for job he didn't complete properly. I will need new cv axles again or wheel bearing soon because Mario didn't do his job correctly.
