Called me over the phone telling me I passed my inspection and I just needed to replace one tire for 145. I said yes. When I went to go pick up my car, they told me my inspection failed in person. Forcing me to pay for the failed inspection and the new tire. They lied to me over the phone, if they have told me first that the inspection failed i wouldn’t have payed for the tire. Definitely felt scammed

Thankful for this shop! Ive been here a few times and each time has been great. Little to no wait. Super professional and fair. Took my car here to get my tires plugged a few times and they always help me immediately and graciously. Theyre my go-to spot!

John’s shop was the third place I visited when I had a steering issue with my Honda Civic. First was the dealership, which was totally clueless. Second was a shop in Queens that wanted me to replace my rack and pinion for nearly $3k after only 35000 miles. Then a friend recommended John for a second opinion, and he traced the problem to another shop’s earlier repair that was under warranty. He won my loyalty with his skill and honesty. I live in Manhattan, but I will happily make the trip again in the future. This is a video of him showing me the fitment issue with a strut that was installed during that earlier repair.
