GEORGE and his team are truly professional BMW mechanics. I had a few issues with my 2016 X6 which no matter where I took it, I couldn’t get a solution for these problems. The dealership themselves couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the car. A friend of mine who I trusted very much recommended me to try MChanics located in Roslyn. I was introduced to the owner GEORGE who also his hands on with the work being done on your car. The knowledge and experience this crew has surpasses any mechanic shop I’ve ever visited. When it was all said and done every issue I had with the car, which, no one else could figure out, was resolved. GEORGE took a time out of his busy schedule to do a ride along with me, to assure was was completely satisfied with the service. He took care of things that I didn’t notice and made sure the car came back to me in the best possible condition. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I receive from this shop. These guys are a true professionals. If you tried the rest, get involved with the best, MChanics is the place to go if you are a BMW owner.

This is a professional shop run by professionals. Despite the many high-performance exotic vehicles on-site, I felt that my Porsche Macan S was treated with the same level of care as a rare luxury vehicle. Furthermore, the pricing was significantly more competitive than the quote I received from a dealership. I look forward to returning to your shop for my future service needs.

I had a great experience with Tom & M-Chanics. They replaced my radiator and top radiator hose at a very fair price. I really appreciated how transparent they were—explaining the cost of parts and labor upfront. They also got my car in and out quickly, which meant a lot since we had limited transportation at home. Great service, honest pricing, and fast turnaround. Highly recommend!

George and his team have once again outdone themselves with the overall attention to both the car and its owner. Whether it's a race car or your daily driver, an $800, $1800 or $18000 dollar job they have you covered from getting the appointment to the final detailing of the car. All financial discussions are clear, explained and kept to. Communities need more businesses run like this.

I’ve been coming here for several years now and every visit has been drama free. I felt the need to write a review now because I recently had a transmission/clutch shudder in certain conditions, which would require a paragraph to describe to someone. Long story short, I pick up the car and with the first throttle input in gear, I knew it was fixed. When I leave my car with George and his team, I know it’s in the best hands.
