The staff were friendly and answered every question. When issues happened they called and walked me through. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Bruce addressed another issue I couldn’t figure out. I will be going back for any additional service my car needs!

Thanks to The staff at MEINEKE on Dolson Avenue in Middletown my 2004 Hyundai Santa-Fe is running once again like new. I made an appointment to have my brakes done, on the morning of the appointment my vehicle would not start, I had to have it towed to MEINEKE. I called to inform them of my dilemma and Bruce assured me that they would find the cause of my vehicle not starting. Bruce called to inform me, that the battery was faulty and it would not hold a charge. They were able to install a new battery and change my brakes, rotors, pads etc. I would highly recommend MEINEKE for their attention to detail, the timely manner it took to fix my vehicle and my courtesy pick-up.

We have used Meineke on Dolson Ave for many repairs on our two cars, including a new catalytic converter, front & rear brakes, and a new coil. They are extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. They are very reasonable with pricing and we trust them to do a great job.

Bruce has always given us his recommendations when a repair needs to be completed immediately and/or the repair can wait. He provides repair estimate options so we can decide based on our budget. Whenever we call for an appointment, Susan, is always friendly and accommodating with scheduling dates and times for us. The waiting room is bright and clean and comfortable.
