I am new to the area and searched extensively to find a repair shop with integrity, professionalism, and honest service. I’m happy to say that I found exactly that at LeGrand Repair. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Herman, along with his mechanic, Jhony. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. They took the time to listen carefully, explain the issues with my car honestly, and provide fair pricing without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. What stood out most was their transparency and willingness to offer helpful advice on how to prevent future issues with my vehicle. The receptionist was also extremely pleasant, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire process. I appreciated being able to review detailed quotes and receive clear, professional feedback that helped me make an informed decision regarding my car repairs. I am very happy with my decision to choose LeGrand Repair and look forward to building a long and professional relationship with them for future business.

I went there because I did not know how to shift my Jeep out of 4WD. After waiting about 20 minutes, I was simply told that I needed to put the car in Neutral and press the brake to move the lever. There was also a penny stuck in the gap around the lever, which they removed, but it was something I probably could have done myself. No actual repair was done, no parts were replaced, and the service was basically just an explanation of how to operate the lever. I was still charged $78. I understand there may be a minimum service fee, but I wish the charge had been explained clearly before the work was done.

Great customer service, very friendly and courteous. Check the problem with my car and also other potential repairs that will be needed in the future (like worn out tires replacement, etc.). Great owner and good mechanics. Great pricing as well.

A&E Autocare has been fantastic to work with. The staff was welcoming and professional. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car without any pressure or upselling.
