I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Herman, along with his mechanic, Jhony. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. They took the time to listen carefully, explain the issues with my car honestly, and provide fair pricing without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. What stood out most was their transparency and willingness to offer helpful advice on how to prevent future issues with my vehicle. The receptionist was also extremely pleasant, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire process. I went there because I did not know how to shift my Jeep out of 4WD. After waiting about 20 minutes, I was simply told that I needed to put the car in Neutral and press the brake to move the lever. There was also a penny stuck in the gap around the lever, which they removed, but it was something I probably could have done myself. No actual repair was done, no parts were replaced, and the service was basically just an explanation of how to operate the lever. I was still charged $78. I understand there may be a minimum service fee, but I wish the charge had been explained clearly before the work was done.
