I came here based on my family recommendation and he was not wrong. After getting this ridiculous quote from the dealership, I decided to stop by with my Subaru at the Johnny's Auto Service. These guys completely earned my trust. Marco was completely honest with me and the cost needed to get me back on the road. They did it in one day instead of the dealership wrong assessment. I wish i can give them 10 stars because they really deserve it.

Disgusting & unethical! Wouldn’t email me my itemized bill/invoice during a heat wave so I didn’t have to walk! Woman on the phone is very unprofessional and has a nasty phone presence! Even hung up on me after telling me she doesn’t have to email me! Car got picked up sunday and today is Tuesday and they’re saying it’s $1000 Cash to get our car towed to another location and will go up $200 daily! Absolutely vial! This shouldn’t be allowed!

Absolutely excellent service. Went in for an inspection and the guys at Johnnys discovered a few issues. It’s never fun to hear you have something wrong with your car, but these were mostly things that I knew in the back of my mind needed fixing, but I just never got around to doing. The guys at Johnnys not only helped me figure out what the root issue was, but were completely transparent throughout the entire repair process. They stuck to their original quotes, even when difficulties came up throughout the repair. Big thanks to Marco who communicated with me through every step. And to add to it all, they finished the job same day. My car drives just a smooth as the day I bought it. 100% would recommend to anyone who needs work done on their car.
