After bringing my car in for repairs to the right CV Axel Louis and George denied my vehicle due to the lack of space on the lot and informing me that my Mercedes Benz was ok to operate local but not to the city area for my restaurant. After about a week of turning me away my vehicle totally broke down after driving off the lot around the corner and ended up almost completely back at the shop. The vehicle stopped at a red light intersection in front of Family Dollar on East Main Street. I call them to come across the street to pick up the vehicle now and let them know this is your fault for having me drive away when you could’ve taken the vehicle in days prior to malfunctioning. (This is around April/May 2025) George assured me that he knows the parts to order. I even asked him do I need new brakes and rotors while I’m ordering parts for him to install?? He also said “No. that’s not needed right now unless you have extra money to spend for nothing.” I trusted them even more. Fast forward to me getting the car back about 3 weeks later and the right side of the car is still grinding sounding as it did before completely shutting down but WORSE than before the car broke down. So I immediately bring the car back and also notice new scratches on my fresh paint job. (Good thing I always take before and after photos like a rental company does anytime I leave my vehicle at a body shop or loan it to family in case something like this happens) After months of going back and forth I just agreed to buy the CV axel that Louis begged me to buy and he’s going to have George do the labor for free since they messed up but denied fixing the emergency Toyota Corolla that has been driven from April through November now needing to be fixed. His words were “After we fix the Mercedes Benz I don’t want to work on anything else. I lost a lot of money on this car than the $1150 you paid for the driveshaft. I paid over $2k for the paint job.” I let Louis know that it wasn’t my fault that his employees messed up my car and had to keep repairing it over months. I also explained to him that I lost money from my restaurants in the Bronx. So long story long lol I now can’t get around because he let the alternator and pulley belts blow on the Toyota Corolla. Won’t fix it. Now refuses to fix the CV axel even after having me pay for the CV axel and said he tried to fix it but it broke again. He had me take the first CV axel back to Advanced Auto Parts across the street twice blaming them for the parts being defective when all in all he didn’t know how to replace it. His last resort was saying “take the car to Xaver’s in Newburgh they can fix it with original parts. These aftermarket parts from Advanced Auto Parts are no good.” I asked so who’s gonna pay for these repairs all over again to Xaver’s he said that’s not his problem. So I then called the police whom gave me a police report and told me to take it to civil court for damages. They even printed a false record and receipt in front of the cops with the wrong vehicle and swore it was mine lol I can’t wait for court to prove everything in photos, receipts, and text.

They been helpful with the last 3!cars I owned I love how they check in the work and then remember your name and vehicle after so long. I love that they are very attentive and very nice people. Thank u for the service you provide for my broke ass. Making prices fair and making us have real mechanic positive results

I came in for a simple car inspection. I was told it would take about 20 minutes, so I waited. Those 20 minutes stretched into an hour and a half. By then, my inspection had already expired, so I had no choice but to stick it out. What frustrated me most was watching staff chat with new customers walking in while those of us already waiting were ignored. There was no sense of urgency or respect for anyone's time. When the inspection was finally done, I was told the car couldn't pass without a long list of repairs. Some were legitimate, but others were unnecessary. They were pushy, pressuring me to get everything done right then and there. It felt less like honest service and more like a shakedown. I won't be coming back. With total disregard for customers time, an inflated repair list, and pushy sales, this place does not deserve your business.

That George is a life savor I have known him for years literally and he is my go to for any car. Professional caring loving and genuine. The prices are fair and considerate . Highly recommend
