This place is so good. The staff is super friendly and they are always honest and fair with their pricing, Anytime I bring my car here they fix the issue promptly and correctly. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car!

My car died on the Southern State and Dr. Jack’s was quick and effecient at walking me through what to do and they were super responsive in keeping me updated on the status of my car and the cost. It turned out to be a significant fix and they still turned the car around in 3 days. Special shout out to Luis who handled my near-breakdown over being stranded and bearing the cost. He was super kind and helpful and talked me through the whole process.

Today I had a blow out on the Meadowbrook parkway and had to be towed. Geico gave me a few places, I chose Dr. Jack’s without knowing anything about them and I am so grateful I did! Richie and Jennifer were my tire angels today even after I completely messed up giving them the wrong tire info. They were kind to me like I was family and got me out quickly. They gained a new client. Please give them a try, I promise you will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love this place, this was my first time there, my inspection expired yesterday I called and they told me to come in they did my inspection with no problems. Everyone there is very friendly, AND the women who helped me her name is Jennifer Lopez ,so bring your car there and you can see Jennifer Lopez LOL
