Brought my Kubota ZD21 in for leaking hydro line and fuel pump replacement in June of 2025. 10 months(!!) later it was finally done. Waited over 3 weeks for mower to be delivered. They forgot to charge me for the delivery, said the phone i gave was "different", even though its printed right on my bill. I missed the equivalent of an entire mowing season. They gave no apologies. 24 yrs of great parts and service help...but not going there anymore.

Worked with Gabe from Saxby to purchase the zero turn mower for our church. Divine intervention led us to such an excellent company and individual. Today, Gabe dropped off the 60 inch ISX2200 Ferris with a top of the line Kawasaki 30.5 HP EFI engine. The church lawn normally takes me about 4 hours to complete. Today, I completed the task in just over 3 hours with much less bone jarring action. What a dream machine! Fast, strong and clean. Thank you to Gabe and Saxby Implement for such an excellent sales and service experience!! Willowbrook Church is eternally grateful!
