Joe's Motorcycle Repair

I had a rear tire installed here and left the shop with no rear braking power and a misaligned rear wheel due to loose chain adjuster bolts. The bike immediately felt unsafe to ride, so I brought it straight to a Kawasaki dealership for inspection. They confirmed the issues were the result of improper installation. The misalignment also caused damage to my chain and their mechanic left scratches on my swingarm. This was not a minor issue this was a serious safety concern that could have resulted in an accident, especially at highway speeds. When I contacted the shop to address it, my concerns were dismissed and the call was ended abruptly instead of being handled professionally. Very disappointing experience given their reputation. I would strongly recommend double-checking any work done here before riding. Don’t worry Joe I’m getting everything in writing from the dealership and you’ll be hearing from me.

I took my bike here in the fall of 2024 and asked Joe put a tune in it to compensate for intake and exhaust systems. Joe worked some magic on it and what a difference it was to ride after! Thank you again!

I LOVE Joe's. I have a super awesome 02 VTX 1800c and trying to find people to even look at my bike is difficult. Joe's was busy and had to schedule me out I think it was like 3 and half weeks for an appointment, which I had hoped for. You never want a professional tradesman that isn't busy. Anyway... they found the issue, and had it fixed I'm pretty sure it was maybe 2 days, 3 at the most. It was also way cheaper than I had budgeted for. You can't complain with great work at price, priced for the customer. Joe's is legit and I'll never bring Krypton somewhere else. Thanks Guys.

Almost 60 years in the business and couldn’t even do a simple rear tire change…warped chain due to misaligned after installation, leading to swing arm damage and rear brakes not installed back on properly which could cause a potential fatal accident…do not recommend!
