SCAM! Go anywhere else! They lie about how long jobs will take and don’t do ALL jobs they quote for. 8:30 appointment with a 2 hour job confirmed at drop off. It is now 1pm and they are just starting the car. Horrible customer service and lots of lies. Apportionments over walk ins are clearly not a thing at this location. Will be reaching out to corporate.

Took my car for an inspection, and although it did take a couple of hours (in fairness there were just two mechanics and there were a bunch of cars in front), the guy up front was super polite and got it done pretty quickly when I showed up. I like honest mechanics and these guys definitely seem like that. Too bad they don't do body work. :( with new wipers and inspection, it cost me around $40.

Awhile back I had an oil change there and they put my oil plug on too tight. I had to go to another mechanic to fix it. This year I made an appointment for an inspection. I figured that would be simple. I have a newer car, made an appointment so shouldn't be an issue. I waited 10 minutes past my appointment time and asked about the status. I told them I had to be back to work at 2 pm. They told me it wouldn't be done in time, they have to go through the car, remove all the tires. Its a strict inspection and takes at least an hour. Now. I've seen many inspections done before and I know that is not true. #1 if someone makes an appointment there's a reason. Please let them know if there will still be a wait. #2 tell your customers ahead of time that YOUR NYS inspections take at least an hour.

I bought my car last year and I need an inspection. They told me my signal light where out. Need to replace to pass my inspection. Which is been working fine. But i decide not to do it. So I have to pay 21 for fail but they removed my inspection sticker that was due on 1/26 and they game me a paper where my inspection due was 12/25 which is not true. I called them and said why you guys lie about and I want it to change it. And they that paper doesnt matter what matter is your inspiration sticker. I just said you guys removed it..and that paper you gave and if the cops stop me because I dont have one and you gave me one that expired on December. I. Gonna be on trouble. So I said to change it. And he said is against the law. And I said is against the law to lie too. Why did you took my sticker and put a wrong date due. An pretty much cant do anything and thats all he said. Which that is unprofessional. Take off my sticker and change the due date. That is against the law. If you dont knoe much about cars. They will rip of your wallet for stuff you dont need. Horrible. Karma is a b...! This happened yesterday. February 5 2026.

Husband ordered tires and pre-paid for the mount and had the tires shipped there. He got there for a 9am appointment, waited over an hour before they even pulled the truck in. They came back and said "its a backwards mount so its going to cost more". He agreed even though there was already a set price from the tire company that was already paid for. After half an hour the guy came back out and said "sorry, we can't do it. Tires are too big". I called the shop a few hours later and asked if they could mount and balance the same tires..33" tires on 18" rims. Guy said "no problem we can do that. Would you like to make an appointment". Really? Same tires you claimed you couldn't do because they were too big. All because the cost was like.. $8 more per tire than what was prepaid for through the tire company... husband was gonna give the guy a $40 tip too. Bummer for him I guess. Only thing my husband actually got was windshield washer fluid....
