Warren and Mike are the best. I have been going there for the past couple of years. They are very knowledgeable and always get the job done. Their prices are very fair and they will help you anyway they can. One of the few repair shops left that have honesty and integrity.

Dropped off for a quick inspection and oil change. I always look over my vehicle before and after. When I went to pick it up they give me the key and tell me it's parked in the back lot of the bowling alley. As I round the corner alarms bells start going off in my head. The spots on the right side up against the fence are angled toward me and my car is parked head OUT of one of those spots. The mechanic would have had to do a 5 point turn to park it that way. I immediately go to the passenger side because they went through so much trouble to face it away from me. I am greeted by a 2.5" deep scratch on my passenger door, right through the clear coat and paint. Bring the guy out and show it to him, gives me a bewildered look he's probably been practicing for 25 years. Never went again. Less than 6 months later I am getting an oil change in a different state and the mechanic calls my attention to show me my dipstick. I think he's just showing me the oil level but he goes "no look at the actual dipstick." It's too short for my vehicle, he said it didn't reach the oil. It's a broken piece of a dipstick and I kid you not it's epoxied to what looks like a knob off a dresser drawer. These guys took my dipstick and replaced it with garbage. Insult and injury complete. My only regret is not snapping a picture of that dipstick to attach to this review.

Warren and Frank are the BEST! I’ve been with them for years. Beyond honest and reliable. I trust them completely. They go above and beyond! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Really good guys in this shop. They were nice enough to store my jeep while I eas getting all the paper in order with dmv. For no extra charge. Jeep runs great and I have no complaints. Fast forward 5 months and almost 3 weeks engine fails. Okay I have a six month warranty and notta. Looking over my receipt and noticed an egr valve was billed to me and showed labor to install. Which I thought was odd because I ran my diagnostic computer on it bought the part and changed it myself and even called the shop and discussed this code with one if the lead mechanics. He talked me through it even know he wrote up the bill showing this part should be brand new. I was pro.ised to be taken care of and am told they have a receipt for the used motor I paid a good amount for to be swaped with motor that was I. There that had a down cylinder. I don't think I ever got a motor but a bandaid on the already stressed motor that was in there. My only clue I had that it was original is the beach sand that was on it for this jeep was the family beach jeep that drive on the beach. Or coincidently the motor they replaced with was just another jeep engine with sand on it and in hard to blow clean with compressed air type of places. I feel like I was taken advantage of and must have thought that I was someone that doesn't enjoy the mechanics of cars boats motorcycles etc etc. A credit in the amount for the labor Is fare considering I had to junk it for the city impounded it.

First let me say if your anything but white this guy or this shop wont see you.. Just a feeling..My jeep cought a flat and i was on the side of this auto shop. I stepped in and told the over weight guy behind the desk and asked if I may use one of his jacks to change my flat he said we dont loan out equipment. I then explained i was right on the side of your shop he still said no then i said okay because i did understood then asked him how much it was to change a flat he said 15 dollars i siad great when do you think you may have time to do it. He said we wont have time ( around 2:00pm ) and there isnt room. Then i asked doesnt it take like 10 mins to change a tire. He then said theres another shop down the street. I siad okay and walked out. The shop down the street after i walked there gave me a ride back changed my tire for 15 bucks...Domincks in massapequa really good people..
