I know I mentioned it in my last review but for context - I would rather drive from Central NJ to Long Island, than take my car to a local dealership. Review: “I own an Infiniti qx60 and experienced a dangerous failure where the hood suddenly flew open while driving on the highway at approximately [speed] mph. This completely obstructed my visibility and could have easily caused a major accident. The vehicle had no prior warning and was properly maintained. This appears to be a latch or safety mechanism failure, which is extremely concerning for a vehicle at this price point. I have reported this issue to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) because this is clearly a safety defect that could impact other drivers. Until this is addressed, I would strongly caution anyone considering this vehicle.”

July 02 I changed the oil and the front and rear tires to adjust the car. I didn't check it when I picked up the car. When I got home, I found that the car was hit like this. We immediately folded it back. The staff said that he had to ask the manager to look at the camera before he could reply to us the message. He didn't have this authority to see it. When he didn't reply the message the next day, we called and asked. The staff said to reply to us later. After a while, we didn't receive a reply, so we went directly to the staff. The staff and a person who didn't know if the manager gave us a picture of the vehicle that drove in at that time. He said that you were like this before. Some pictures were blurred, but it could still be seen that it was not broken. It was good that the front right bumper had been repaired before, but We asked them to see the video of the car maintenance, but they ignored you. Another problem is that they unplugged all the wires of my driving recorder. They explained to me that it could not be recorded. I also found that the record of my driving recorder for a few days was gone! Originally, I thought it would be enough to stick it to our car with glue, because I have used it before. Who knows that they shirk responsibility like this. Please check the vehicle before picking up the car.
