Sunrise Tire & Auto Repair

After having a terrible experience at my usual place, I found Sunrise Tire amazing. Staff was friendly and attentive on the phone and in person. My service (inspection) was fast and they were careful. Making Sunrise Tire my new go to place plus I can get coffee and get my nails done while I wait lol 🤭

I needed an inspection done on a Saturday afternoon so I started making phone calls. First, I headed to a shop down the road from me that said I would be in an out in 20 minutes only to sit around while they took people that arrived after me before me. With that I gave Sunrise Tire & Auto a call. They said they could take me right away if I arrived within the next ten minutes so I picked up and left. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by two friendly gentlemen at the register. They took my info, gave me an estimate of about an hour to do my inspection and I headed out in my other car to grab something to eat. Within about 30-40 minutes I received a call it was done and when I arrived back at the shop my inspection sticker was on the car, my paper work was ready and I was made aware of a repair that would need to be done in the near future. Smooth experience with straightforward friendly customer service really couldn’t ask for much more, will be giving them future business

Always a great experience! Called for a same day oil change, was able to drop it off right away and it was done fast! Very nice staff.

I’ve taken my Mustang to this shop multiple times, and each visit left me disappointed. I repeatedly found parts unfinished or pulled apart and not properly put back together, which is unacceptable. We also had the car inspected here and asked them to address everything the car needed, including a tune-up and new tires. We were concerned because our brand-new tires were wearing down unusually fast. The shop never identified the issue. Later, a Mustang specialist informed us that the wheel alignment was off, which is exactly why the tires were wearing so quickly…something that should have been caught. On top of the poor workmanship, the service wasn’t very friendly or professional. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this shop, especially if you care about thorough work and attention to detail.

Sunrise took care of me removing an object and plugging my tire. They were very busy but fit me in. Tommy was professional and comunicative. I recommend Sunrise, an honest local business.
