Just Joe's

Okay...bottom line up front with a story.... Growing up I bounced around because my Dad was in the Navy, so every 3 to 4 years new home, new school etc. Every time we moved one of my Dads first actions was to find a local, dependable and fair garage to go to for all our vehicle needs. Well, for me that is Just Joe's. Over the course of several years I had everything from oil changes, NY State Inspections, brake jobs along with some paint / body work and general tune ups. Every time I've been treated well and fairly. From the Receptionist, to the quote to any interaction with the Technicians....fair, reliable and dependable. I've yet to have a bad experience or felt taken advantage of. Upfront pricing and a post check list of additional services if needed. The name is Just Joe's....but it's a lot more.

Very reasonably priced. The office ladies are very nice and professional. I recommend Joe's to everyone.

Can't beat the guys at Just Joe's. Local biz, great prices, very trustworthy. They're not there to make a buck out of fifteen cents. They're there to keep your car on the road as efficiently as possible, no bull. The kind of guys who'll come out to your house after hours and help get your keys out of your locked car, gratis, just because they're a great shop. Update 1/17/25: Joe's has only continued to get better. They're like family.

The best auto shop I’ve ever dealt with! Joe personally handled a lot of the admin work with me and kept me informed meticulously throughout the entire process. He made sure that I always knew what was going on, the function of whatever was missing, and the severity of the problem. In addition to this he charged me below market average for time and labor! I payed for the parts but he charged me well below the going rate for time and labor. Great shop, great people, great work and great rates!

Poor Service, Damaged Tires, Lack of Accountability I recently had my tires changed at Just Joes, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to notify me about the damage caused during the process, but the lack of transparency was disappointing. Upon inspecting my tires after the service, I noticed clear signs of damage that were not present before. What's more frustrating is that no one from the company bothered to inform me about the issue. Communication is key in any service, and the complete silence on their part was both unprofessional and disheartening. When I raised this concern with the owner, I received an unsatisfactory response. The owner claimed not to have spent $10,000 on a rim removal machine for it to cause damage, essentially shifting blame and deflecting responsibility. Furthermore, I was informed that they don't inspect tires for damage after removal. This lack of post-service inspection and the owner's dismissive attitude towards the damage are concerning. Customers deserve transparency and accountability when entrusting their vehicles to a service provider. I share this experience with the hope that Just Joes reflects on their practices. Customers deserve a service provider that takes responsibility for their actions and provides solutions rather than placing blame on external factors.
