Golden's Auto Service

Excellent service! Fair and balanced technical knowledge that clearly explains the issue, what NEEDS repair/replacement, and how much it will cost to do the work. Super friendly staff with zero (0) pressure. Working with Golden’s Auto Service was super easy as they send a full breakdown of the work for review. All questions were answered completely and they were able to have my car back to me on the same day that they looked it over! “What service”! I have great respect for a local, honest repair shop.

Golden's did an amazing job helping me fix my van. I had multiple people before them try to fix and diagnose the issue and no one could figure it out. Turns out the vehicle had many deep engine problems. Golden's not only fixed the many problems the van had but went above and beyond to make sure my engine will be good for hopefully a new extended life cycle. They were also very helpful in working with me on the cost trying to help in any way they could. This was a big investment for me and they made it a little easier knowing they weren't charging me for unnecessary work and helping me as much as they could. I had to wait a little to collect the funds and they had no problem holding the van for me while I did that. They are a small place but big when it comes to care and customer service. I would definitely recommend to anyone that has some serious engine work they need done.

I am not normally a person who writes a review unless a place or product hits either extreme… I brought an older car that we are trying to keep going as long as it is safe and not nickel and diming us too much. With that, I asked if one thing could be assessed that I found as a pivotal factor in the other things that I knew were needed. It is an older vehicle and I am okay with wear and tear fixes, but when it gets to a point that something major goes, it may be off to the pasture… Golden’s did exactly what I hoped for and kept amazing communication as we progressed with every step. Thankfully, I think we have a little more time with this one, but this experience allowed me to find a trustworthy place that will get my business again for this car (or sadly one day, it’s replacement) and my other cars when the next service, expected or not, is due.

What an asset we have in our village! The car service is first rate. He goes over all that's needed, and all that's possible. I so appreciate Golden's help--keeping my middle aged car in good shape!

Had new snow tires put on, and everything was done a lot earlier than I expected. The old tires were nicely bagged and put in my car. Great service!
