Loud Performance

Can't say enough good things. These guys are awesome. Traveled 2.5 hrs for a bike, and had everything ready to go. Helped me out more than that know. Appreciate you guys, awesome store you have!

The nicest people you will ever meet. Very knowledgeable. Bought a new Specialized E-Bike and they custom fit it to my height flawlessly. Very happy that I went to Loud for my new bike. I highly recommend them.

Editing Review: I had been meaning to post an overdue update to this review: We stopped into the shop recently to check out some accessories and equipment when we were in the area. They had a great selection, a lot of nice gear, and the staff was welcoming and helpful, and answered all of our questions. I had visited over the summer, and had a different experience, but was informed after the fact that there was a cycling event going on during that day and the shop was supporting/servicing the event. Totally understandable, and explains our different experience. We will definitely stop back at the shop the next time we are in town, and appreciate the concern/and comments from the ownership. Drove from Rochester to check out the groomed trails for fat biking. Great trails, but what really stood out was the bike shop itself. Super friendly and welcoming, even before we bought anything! You can tell they love what they do. We will return to ride, but would also consider them next time I’m in the market for a bike

Stopped in to look at a used bike for my 16 year old son. It was not the right bike. We worked with D (owner). Some of the other shop crew chimed in as we discussed what made sense based on rider type and bike value. D valued his employee's input. No pressure to make a decision even as we were approaching Saturday closing. We bought the bike. As the crew left for the evening, D said "thank you" to each person. How many shops invite you to test out a bike on the trails/jumps out back? How many shops stock a full range of bikes and a full selection of gear? This place is the real deal - kind people doing what they are passionate about.
