Bob's Quality Auto Repair Port Washington NY

I have lived in Port Washington for over 20 years and did not start bringing my cars to Bobs until a few years ago. He is the first shop in town that was honest and did not take advantage of me like other unnamed gas stations/mechanics in the area. He does not talk down to you and treats you with respect. Unfortunate it took so many years to find him as he is a diamond in the ruff.

I live in Queens county with four vehicles. Over the years I have had numerous mechanics working on my cars.. break trust once you’re done. We all know that experience. I was referred to Bob by a coworker who is a local to the area. I was very happy with how he approached my concern after 2 other mechanics failed to diagnose the issue with my engine. He quickly made the necessary repairs and was very competent. I was very happy with this service. He did in one day what 2 other shops couldn't.

Been going to bobs quality for years now, with all my cars and family members vehicles and the job always gets done right and quickly. The staff is always helpful answering and questions or concerns i ever have about what is being done. recommend to anyone who has any automotive issues or just for a standard oil change.
