Toyota City Service & Parts Center

I had a disappointing experience with my recent service visit and want to share it so other customers can pay close attention to their final invoice and approved services. I was trapped by the specials mentioned on the website and the service center is closer to my office. I am not returning here When I checked in for regular maintenance service, Oralis Bello showed me a quote for $594. I said the figures seemed to be way higher and I mentioned the $109 service special (that includes The Works Synthetic Service Up To 109.95 4 cyl $89.95, V6 $99.95, V8 $109.95. Includes: full Toyota Multi-Point Inspection; full synthetic oil & filter change*; tire rotation; top off all fluids; inspect brakes, battery and alignment; exterior car wash and interior sanitation.) since my car is 4 cyl - the total should have been less than $109) advertised on the website and told her that was the service I wanted. She asked whether I had received an email, and I explained that the offer was listed on the website. She told me to sign the papers now and said she would apply it in the system, along with an additional 10% online discount. When I returned, my total bill came to $517.30. The invoice included additional recommended services that I did not realize were being added, instead of primarily the service special I requested. While the 10% discount was applied, the final amount was far higher than expected. The $109 service included “sanitation,” which I understood to mean interior cleaning/disinfection. When I checked with Oralis she said it was exterior water washed, interior sanitized but not deep cleaned. I am also confused by the brake inspection notes. The service report listed the brakes as “Caution,” which I noticed after returning home, but I was told the brakes were actually fine.

Amazing experience at Toyota! They did my oil change and fixed a few other issues I honestly didn’t think could be repaired. The service was incredibly fast, the staff was honest, professional, and genuinely kind. I really appreciated how efficient and transparent they were throughout the whole process. Oralis provided efficient updates and guided me through the whole process. Highly recommend!

I recently brought my vehicle to Toyota for an oil change and to address a few other concerns, and I had an excellent experience thanks to Ovila Leblanc. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and attentive. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and made sure each one was addressed. He walked me through the recommended services, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was being done to my vehicle without ever making me feel rushed. I would 100 percent recommend him if you come to this Toyota city service.

Made an appointment for the same day to see what is going on with a weird noise that happened after I got it serviced at CARMAX. Service advisor James Cortez and tech Jose were on point. I would recommend this shop 100000% for all your Toyota needs. Plus the parts dept has the best prices around NY
