I’ve been a loyal customer but not after today. Called to see when I could bring car in for inspection and was told to come in. Drove over, waited 30mins for manager to show up only to find out they couldn’t take me. Another inspection station nearby kindly took me in on short notice, and they will have my business from now on.

My mechanic of 10 plus years relocated and I have been looking for another repair shop nearby. Called on Friday, went by Saturday morning for my inspection. Was out in less than 30 minutes. I have a fairly new car but if I have any issues, I will be back. Good experience!

Highly recommended. I went for an inspection and minor repairs. They were so friendly, and did it on the spot, and were very reasonable in their prices. It is rare to find such service in the auto servicing industry.

This is the MOST WONDERFUL SERVICE STATION I have EVER brought my vehicle to ! The owner and all of the people who work here are genuine, old-school, kind, efficient, and masterful at their work. They are very honest in their assessment of my mechanical issues, and always make me feel like I am the daughter going to her dad for help. So trust worthy! Never ever have I felt taken advantage of, on the contrary, they are more than reasonable in their prices, and will help me out with ANY problem that comes up! I am a 70 year old, disabled woman without family nearby, except for my dear friends and everyone at Palmer Service Station! What piece of mind they bring to me! And I always feel like they gave me more than just service. Kindness, care and reliability offered in genuine goodness!
