I wish I can give -5 stars. Jose Had my car for 2 months. The problem was not resolved. I had to hire a mechanic to rescue my car from New Generation Auto. The other mechanic fixed it in 3 days and told me the parts Jose said he changed were never changed. He Charged me $700 for parts that we never replaced. In addition Jose was aware that the inspection expired but parked on street anyway and the car was impounded by the village. It took him 5 days to realize it and it incurred a $75/day storage charge plus the impounding fees that came close to an additional $900. He refused to pay it even thought the care was in his care. Literally the worse mechanic I ever dealt with. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO HIM.
