I recently came in for an oil change, and while my car was there, they took the time to inspect it and make sure it was safe to drive. They explained everything clearly and even showed me pictures of a few things that will need attention. I also loved that they sent me a detailed digital inspection report where I could view photos, approve the recommended work, see exactly what everything would cost, and even pay right from my phone. The whole process was so easy and transparent. It's hard to find a shop you can trust, and I highly recommend Motorwerks!

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Motorwerks! The owner, Chris, took amazing care of my car during its general maintenance. He was professional, honest, and made sure everything was done right. His team is just as impressive friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to great customer service. The shop has an amazing vibe, and you can tell they really take pride in their work. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Motorwerks is officially my go-to repair shop. Highly recommend!

Courteous and transparent billing. My Acura MDX did not start so after getting a roadside service to jump the car I had to take it over to Motorwerks to make sure it wasn’t only the battery issue. Left the car overnight but they were good about updating status. Will definitely go back for any other car issues!

Excellent customer service! My husband took his 2025 Chevy EV Blazer due to a sound it was making. John was extremely helpful; he clearly explained what would be done with the vehicle, as well as the diagnostics following their review of the issue. Courteous, professional, and honest - these are traits that many dealerships and mechanic shops are lacking. We would definitely bring our vehicle back to John and the Motorwerks team!

This was my first time getting service at this shop. My attention was drawn to reviews from others who serviced European vehicles at the shop. Great team, well organized and a polite staff. There is room for improvement in communicating vehicle status, I expected my car back the same day I brought it in but it took an extra day to complete and I was not made aware until end of day. Otherwise my car has been working solid to date, I do see myself returning here for service.
