On I-84E, one of your tow truck drivers was driving very erratically. He was behind me because other cars were in front, then they went to the next lane to cut in front of them very short and abruptly, forgetting that they were a long flatbed truck. As the highway was splitting, the cars that were in front of me went to the right. I was still in the left lane, and the tow truck driver was on the bumper of another car, and because he was driving crazy and on the solid line, a piece of asphalt hit my windshield, giving me two chips, and the funny thing was, I kept my distance. Although it was not raining heavily, it was still raining, and there was no reason for him to drive erratically on the road.

This place was referred to me by my insurance company after my catalytic converter was stolen. My car was towed in my presence to the shop. The tow truck driver was very professional and responsible. This shop called me one time, a couple of days in, to ask me permission to go through the interior of my car to reset the computer controls. They ensured me that my car would be put back together- they just wanted to give me a heads up of how they will have to repair it and tell me to ignore the automated text messages bc they were not accurate with the repair timeline. Other than that, I never heard from them. I even had to call to find out if my car was done. Three weeks later, I went to get my car. I paid and they brought my car to me. I said thank you and went to get in my car. The dash was in pieces, random things from my trunk were thrown into the backseat, and my rubber all weather mats were gone and replaced with old carpets that I had in the trunk. Everyone there pointed fingers at everyone else, including blaming the tow truck driver that I accompanied to the shop. They even went as far as saying that the interior came ‘trashed’ and it was in the notes from the first guy that worked on my car.I have never dealt with such unprofessional buisness. Instead of making a right out of a wrong, the manager told me not to be loud and got an attitude with me. After much back and forth, they put everything back. I later had to have another professional put it back properly. As for the actual repair, my relatively quiet Prius now sounds like a lawn mower when using the engine.

DO NOT come here. Don't give them the benefit of the doubt like I did after reading the reviews. Came at recommendation of insurance. Instead of repairing a damaged tire rim, they switched the wheel with the criss crossed one, on my AWD car. Because of that, the tires were put on backwards. My all-weather tires have directional tread so I had been driving with BACKWARDS tread on 2 tires in the snow. Unbelievable
